Guess what we got in our backyard?
It’s springtime, literally, so Sean set up the trampoline. Sean is naturally athletic. He swims, dives, used to be a lifeguard and competed in martial arts competitions, so doing flippies on the trampoline is easy peasy for him.
As for me, I haven’t even been on a trampoline since I was a little girl. I was getting giddy just jumping up and down. No flippies for me. Yet.
The kitties didn’t get in on the action, but Jonesy did take a shine on lazing on the trampoline, sunning herself.
Charlie on the other hand, preferred to stay on terra firma, exploring the grand swarth that is our backyard slash his own personal jungle.
This is our first spring at the house and we’re loving our backyard and front yard. Why go to a park when we have our own green space?
As we laid on the trampoline, looking up at the blue sky, the thought crossed my mind of even sleeping outside on a hot summer night.
Well, maybe not the whole night. There are still mosquitoes and bugs about. But for star gazing, it might be nice. We are in suburbia, located on a higher altitude, surrounded by thickets of trees, with not a lot of street lights at night.
We may even set up a white sheet along our fence to project movies. Life at Casa de Sullichan is good.

First spring in the house… turning into summer.
Enjoying the yard lots so far. So is Charlie.
